SpotMyID professional support staff is available daily to paid SpotMyID 5-pack and 10-pack customers to answer all technical, sales and billing inquiries.

Users who have registered for the FREE 2-pack SpotMyID monitoring package still have full access to the information in their Account Manager.

To ensure prompt service, please submit a support ticket before calling or opening a live chat. This can be done quickly and easily:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Submit a ticket
  3. Indicate whether you are looking for sales, technical or billing support

Technical support can be accessed via phone, live chat or electronic submission.

Please have your ticket number and email address on hand before calling the SpotMyID support line. If you do not have a ticket number, please take a moment to open one by logging in to your account. We're happy to answer any questions you may have regarding SpotMyID service.

Billing inquires must be done through electronic submission, for security reasons and in order to protect your privacy. Please log in to your account and open a billing ticket. We will address your inquiry promptly.
